Consulting

I would meet with the homeowner or client. I would help them pick out light fixtures, sound equipment, TVs, phones, speaker locations, intercoms, internet locations, smoke detectors, can lights, and landscape plugs and lighting. By doing this they could get an accurate bid on their house and have someone who is licensed to do so and has an idea on all rules and codes. My hourly rate is $60/hour. I would also consult with them and give them a bid to do their work. I can also provide all equipment and installation of them. The could also use my designs to get other bids. I am a master electrician so I could also do all consulting in the electrical areas as well. I would be willing to meet with owners after the framing is complete as well because of the changing that happens as homes are built. Depending on the house size I could generate a bid from me for my consulting fee as well.
